Lensin Mun

Lensin Mun Mobile App

A platform for discovering unique designer fashion and building personal looks from local creators.

Challenge

Lensin Mun is a mobile app that connects users with clothing from independent fashion designers. The idea was to create a minimalist, curated space for browsing local collections, discovering styled looks, and connecting directly with creators — as an alternative to fast fashion and endless social media scrolling.

Approach

I led the project from concept to interactive prototype. The process started with user research: I collected insights through informal interviews and surveys, then mapped key user needs into simple scenarios. Before moving to Figma, I structured the app flow in Notion and drafted layouts by hand.

In the design phase, I created wireframes and a full UI kit with clean, modular components. The visual style was intentionally minimal to keep the focus on the clothes and make navigation easy.

Key features I designed:
1. Designer profiles with social links and messaging
2. A product catalog with filters and city-based availability
3. Personal look creation with public sharing
4. Local shopping: browse online, buy in-store or in your area.

I built a clickable prototype and tested it with designers and users, collecting feedback that helped improve navigation and interactions. The project took around three months and became a valuable learning experience and a meaningful product concept.

Lensin Mun was my first full design project from the ground up. I created it for people like me — who love finding original clothes but don’t want to dig through social media to do it. It helped me grow my skills while building something with real meaning.

Lensin Mun was my first full-scale personal project — from idea to design. I wanted to build something useful for people like me, who love original fashion but don’t want to spend hours scrolling through social media. It was a way to combine learning with real purpose — and I’m proud of how far I took it.
